Electrical Enclosure Heater
The electrical enclosure heater is designed to prevent freezing and moisture buildup while maintaining a stable temperature. The enclosure heating element offers a compact and efficient heating solution for small to medium-sized enclosures and cabinets containing electronic components.
The enclosure heater is available in standard power ratings of 50W, 100W, and 200W, with power supply options of 120V or 240V. It can be supplied either with an integrated thermostat or without a thermostat.
The heating element is resistant to a wide range of chemicals. It has a pressure resistance of 2.5 bar and can withstand steam temperatures up to +130°C.
The built-in thermostat activates when the ambient air temperature drops to +5°C, and switches off again when it reaches +15°C.
The hysteresis in both cases is ±3°C.

The integrated thermostat in the enclosure heater switches on when the temperature drops below +5°C and switches off at +15°C.
Power cables are 1 meter long.
The relay has been tested for 100,000 switching cycles. Rated: 10A 250V.
The power of the electrical enclosure heating element should be selected based on the required temperature rise above ambient conditions and the surface area of the enclosure.
